Holiday cottage or Bed & Breakfast?
So, while nothing has actually happened at the cottage re renovation, my husband & i have been weighing up the pros & cons of the above.
We recently had paying house guests from the local tennis club which gave us an idea to start up a B&B. We've been doing a load of research to see if there is a demand for any of the alternatives.
I don't know what conclusion we came to but it will all come down to the marketing of the accomodation.
Firstly, i need to improve my breakfast making skills! Terry is going to enjoy that part of the research i'm sure!

Hi, any news on the wibo electric heaters ? did they come and do a survey and give you a price ?

Yes, they came & gave me an estimate based on the size of the rooms. It seemed expensive but i'm getting another quote next week. They work out at about £2.50 a day to run if you were to have them on for 10 hours a day. Obviously, in the summer you wouldn't need them on so the cost comes down
